Jasmine rice, distinguished by its rich, lovely aroma and mild nutty flavour, is a heritage long-grain aromatic rice grown only in its original form in Thailand. Families traditionally farm the nutrient-rich paddies, so the rice is lovingly cared for throughout its cultivation. A ‘photo-period sensitive’ variety, jasmine rice can only be cultivated once a year. Upon harvesting, it is processed at the only organic mill in Thailand, ensuring that no non-organic grains are adulterated.
