CERES ORGANICS | Polenta Quick Cook 400g

At Ceres Organics, we like our food wholesome and pure. So, our organic polenta is just that! It’s made simply from organically grown corn, just straight up goodness.
Polenta is used in traditional Italian slow-cooked dishes, but with this quick-cook variety, you can make your favourite recipes in just a few minutes. Super versatile, it can be cooked into a creamy, thick consistency or allowed to set and then sliced into chips.
TO COOK: Add 1 cup of polenta and a pinch of salt to 4 cups of boiling water, stirring continuously. Simmer for 5 minutes. Take off the heat and fold in a knob of butter and grated parmesan cheese, if desired.
