DUTCH CREAMS: The queen of potatoes! They're a large waxy oval potato with yellow flesh, thin skin and a rich, buttery taste. They make gorgeous mash or are equally delicious boiled, roasted, baked and pureed.
They are a good source of vitamin C, a source of dietary fibre, folate, niacin, pantothenic acid, thiamine and magnesium, and contain potassium. The coloured skin and flesh varieties contain higher levels of phytonutrients.
