Jap pumpkin or Kent pumpkin. The flesh is golden yellow, with a nutty, very sweet flavour. It’s great for quiches, salads and soups.
Jap Pumpkin (Kent) is an excellent source of beta carotene. It also contains dietary fibre, potassium, and vitamins C and E.
