Ruby Hills organic eggs come from happy, pasture-raised hens on an 85-acre farm in coastal South Gippsland, Victoria, where they are free to roam and forage. The eggs are certified organic, and the hens are fed soy-free organic grains, in addition to the bugs, grass, and plants they find while foraging. This "pasture-fed" and "regenerative" approach to farming, which includes moving the hens to fresh pasture, results in eggs with more affluent yolks and better flavour.
