Herbs of Life – established in 2012 and located in the Blue Mountains (NSW), Daniel Bucca created a small company producing premium authentic ‘ferments’, kombucha and sauerkrauts, using local and certified organic produce.

Our kombucha began as a home-brewed health tonic. Realising the benefits to gut health and overall well-being, we created Herbs of Life kombucha to craft an organic probiotic brew for all Australians.

All our Kombuchas contain freshly juiced raw wholefoods and single-origin, fair-trade herbs and teas, blended with pure Blue Mountains Spring Water, and fermented for 30 days. Packed with probiotics, low in sugar, and naturally carbonated from the fermentation process, it makes for a healthy, lightly sparkling, refreshingly delicious drink.

Blood Orange – Whole, freshly juiced, organic Australian Blood Oranges combined with the finest quality Blue Mountain Spring water, single-origin fair-trade green tea & raw cane sugar, traditionally fermented with our mother culture.
