The recipe has been taken from the bible and crafted according to the scripture verse Ezekiel 4:9. Our loaf contains the sprouted grains – wheat, spelt, barley, millet, and sprouted pulses – lentils and soybeans. The bread is very flavoursome with the lentils dominating the taste. The combination of grains and pulses creates a complete protein similar to that found in meat. The bread is a high source of protein and fibre and is easily digestible.
